Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $20 same-day cancellation or rescheduling fee. A $20 late fee will apply for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to respect the time of other clients. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may require payment of 50%, the full service amount, or any remaining balance owed before rebooking. Failure to pay may result in being permanently banned from booking with CBK Spa. By booking, you agree to this policy.
